FUND RAISING:
Fund raising is a major
and necessary part of Fairport Pop Warner. Our fund raiser director
Jen Gaudioso and the rest of the board of directors have
been working hard in fund raising
this year. To provide equipment for one player, it cost our organization
approximately $550.00.
Only through our fund raising can we provide things that
are necessary to maintain a high quality organization. The money also
goes to insurance, field maintenance, officials and equipment.
MANDATORY FUND RAISER:
Each player and cheerleader will receive 30 raffle tickets to
sell at $2.00
each. This a REQUIRED fund
raiser. The tickets will be distributed
during equipment hand out.
Players and cheerleaders must come with a post
dated check for the amount of
$60.00. Post date check for August 1, 2008. Your child will sell the tickets
to pay you back.
NEW: NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE
DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT FUND RAISING CHECK.. NO
EXCEPTIONS!! CONCESSION STAND:
One of the main
fundraisers is our concession stand. the money we raise from this helps pay
for officials, trophies and awards. The people in charge are volunteers. After
expense Fairport Pop Warner. We will be setting up schedules for parents to work
at the concession stand, at least once during the season.
Your team parent will provide you with the schedule.
